Westfield is such a great little town, loaded with great bistros and shops. Mohave Grill, now located on Elm street features upscales Southwestern cuisine in a contemporary,casual setting. It is located right in the heart of "Restaurant Row"

Atlantic Highlands, NJ

This restaurant is Zagat rated and is known for their BBQ ribs. I haven't been here in a while and since I was in the area I figured I check it out.  I'm not a big rib eater, but my husband is, so when I go it is soley to please him. I just go for the company and the BBQ chicken.

Having a decent restaurant experience is sometimes hard to do in Middlesex County. If your're searching for trendy, New Brunswick is known for their trendy upscale restaurants and chef David Drake has just added to the list. Daryl's Wine Bar and Restaurant is a wonderful concept.

Part of the Chuck Muer chain. Located in The Princeton Market Fair, Route 1South.  If you like restaurant chains Big Fish is part of the Muer Seafood chain which also contains Charley's Crab, River Crab and Meriwether's. These are all upscale chains and worth the tasting.

Big Fish has a large selection of fresh fish to choose from(obviously!) which can be prepared in an assortment of ways ie grilled, broiled,broiled.

I was not at this restuarant for several years and was pleasantly surprised when I rediscovered it. Fiddleheads is a great little place with electic food and  great service. The outside of the restaurnat is very modest as is the decor. The food and service is the attraction.

Fiddleheads is conveniently located midway between NYC and Philadelphia, located in the heart of Jamesburg along the railroad tracks. An extra added attraction is it's a BYOB and I like that!

A hamburger haven and a great casual cafe. BYOB-even better! You can get everything from great burgers,25 types, to seafood and pasta. Portions are great as well as their attentive staff. Prices are reasonalbe. Don't let the name fool you. There's more on the menu than hamburgers, though you won't be dissapointed by their burgers. Try the COWBOY BURGER.

Bring a bottle and enjoy!

Princeton Shopping Center-Harrison Street.

I was a little dissapointed since the restaurnat was recommended by several people.The food was good but not exceptional.  Prices were a little too steep for such rushed service on a Saturday evening. Staff was somewhat uninformed about the menu and very unattentive. The thing that saved the evening was the restaurant is a BYOB and it helped save on the tab.

I might consider trying again, but definitley not on a weekend
